Flatbush is a vibrant neighborhood that experiences intense summer heat, yet lacks shaded public spaces for gathering. The Flatbush Nostrand Junction BID needed a functional, welcoming area to support community events as part of its long-term programming. The installation offers a shaded, flexible space for events and daily use. 3FWILD provided technical support to artist Alexander Mills and the BID to help bring their vision to life.
